I have been paying for a annual service plan with a larger company that seemed to try to up-sale me on additional parts and services every time they came out. Shawn came by on-time and was professional and honest with what services/parts were needed and what were not. He did not try to sell me a subscription maintenance plan. He just said to call him in the future to schedule any servicing when required and only charges for the work done.
I plan to drop my maintenance plan and have Shawn take care of my gas fireplace needs moving forward.

5-Star shout out to Shawn Corbin and his quick diagnosis of my Hargrove Gas Fireplace issue of not lighting. We called him on 02/22/2021 and got on his schedule for 03/01/2021. The system is 4-5 years old and works very well otherwise. Shawn advised every year or so it needs a cleaning of the pilot light mechanism and associated mechanical / electronic couplers. I called Shawn to come out to get a second opinion regarding another fireplace service that identified a problem that was going to be expensive to repair or recommended replacing the fireplace. Shawn stopped by and identified the issues with and fixed it with in 15min a and it wasn’t the same expensive issue the other service explained to me. I will seek his experience and service in the future.
